本研究的目的是评估薰衣草精油Lavandulaangustifolia对小儿扁桃体术后疼痛的影响。

Thiswasarandomizedcontrolledprospectiveclinicaltrial.Inthisstudy,48post-tonsillectomypatientsaged6-12yearswererandomlyassignedintotwogroups(24patientsineachgroup).

这是一项随机对照前瞻性临床试验。在这项研究中，48例扁桃体切除术后患者，年龄6-12岁，随机分为两组（每组24例）。

Aftertonsillectomysurgery,allpatientsreceivedacetaminophen(10-15mg/kg/dose,PO)every6hasnecessarytorelievepain.Thepatientsofthecasegroupalsoinhaledlavenderessentialoil.

扁桃体切除手术后，所有患者必要时每6h接受对乙酰氨基酚（10-15mg/kg/dose，口服）以减轻疼痛。案例组患者还吸入薰衣草精油。

Thefrequenciesofdailyuseofacetaminophenandnocturnalawakeningduetopain,andpainintensity(evaluatedusingvisualanalogscale[VAS],Fig1)wererecordedforeachpatientfor3daysaftersurgery.

记录每个病人手术后3天对乙酰氨基酚日常使用频率、疼痛引起的夜间觉醒，以及疼痛强度（采用视觉模拟量表VAS评价，Fig1）。
